This concentration of technology makes things easier but also complicates them. A machine is not infallible. As I said before, Lorenzo is capricious and isn't the only one I think. I declare him war sometimes. I remember our beginning, when he refused to connect to the internet... Apparently, it was a technical problem, I had to return him to the manufacturer to replace the defective part. I waited about two months before getting him back. I am deeply convinced that, during this time, he was fighting for his liberty and against the consumer society (We are Anonymous, we are Legion...). But he returned ; for me I guess. He may have had some regrets leaving me alone.
So, we met again, and since this day, I can see that there still is a gleam of rebellion in him. For example, several months ago, he decided that the CD player and one of the USB ports would stop working. I was pleased. I still am, because the problem remains. A few days ago, I decided to strike a blow. I bought a new laptop ! Because I don't want Lorenzo to dump me in during the writing of my internship memoir. It's really strange to have these two computers on my room, the two ennemies near each other. Maybe, when I am asleep, they fight together with magnetic wave shots.
Well... I'm beginning to work with Viki now and I give gradually less and less work to Lorenzo to keep him alive as long as possible, because, finally, I love him. He was my first and we never forget the first one, do we ?
